1. Acceptance
By accessing websycamorefield.click or engaging Websycamorefield Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for field reviews, networking documentation, or monitoring configuration, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Services Description
We provide on-site and remote professional services related to mining equipment rated at 0.05 computing power and higher, including assessments, written reports, networking diagrams, and monitoring setup guidance. We do not sell hardware, operate mining pools, or process hash transactions.
3. Quotes and Scheduling
Service fees are quoted in Korean Won before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Scheduling requires mutual confirmation by email. We may decline assignments where safety, access, or legal zoning prevents a thorough inspection.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access to facilities, accurate worker counts, and disclosure of known electrical hazards. Delays caused by locked areas, incomplete disclosure, or unsafe conditions may incur rescheduling fees.
5. Reports and Intellectual Property
Written reports and diagrams are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. Redistribution to third parties requires our written permission except to contractors directly implementing our specifications. We retain copyright in report templates and methodology.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our reports reflect conditions observed on the visit date. We are not liable for hash-rate changes, hardware failure, or electrical incidents after delivery. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. South Korean law governs exclusions of consequential damages where permitted.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We document measured conditions and recommend actions. We do not guarantee pool profitability, landlord approvals, insurance outcomes, or uninterrupted uptime after client implementations.
8. Website Use
Site content is informational. Pricing on the website is indicative; binding fees appear only on signed quotes or invoices. You may not scrape, mirror, or automate access in ways that impair site operation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Incheon, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
