Remote Monitoring Compatibility Guide

Reference thresholds, probe paths, and dashboard checks for rigs at 0.05 computing power and above.

Probe Path Diagram

Blind spots appear when step 2 sits on the wrong VLAN or when step 3 routes through a home router with SIP ALG enabled — we have seen both in Incheon yards.

Software We Configure

HiveOS, Awesome Miner, Minerstat, and custom Grafana stacks each need different agent packaging. We do not license software; we document versions tested on your hardware class during the visit.

Pre-Visit Self-Check

  • Can you SSH to every worker from the collector IP?
  • Does disabling one switch port drop only the workers on that port in the dashboard?
  • Do temperature alerts fire when you aim a heat gun at intake (test during staffed hours)?

If any answer is no, book networking integration before monitoring configuration.

Seasonal Adjustments

Summer baseline intake temps in unconditioned sheds run 8–12°C above winter. We ship threshold tables per season so false heat alerts do not desensitize staff.
